Job Objective岗位目标 :
As directed by the division management and the Corporate IT Manager, provide technical and logistical support on all IT matters relating to divisional business activities in coordination with Corporate IT Admins.
直接汇报给工厂经理及总部的IT经理，在IT各个方面与总部的IT管理团队一起为公司的业务活动提供技术支持。

General Responsibilities主要职责：

• Manage and maintain the divisional LAN and all attached equipment. 管理和维护分公司的局域网及其设备
• Support and maintain the division’s corporate and internal voice and data communication links and hardware. 支持和维护分公司的语音数字电话系统和硬件
• Ensure that all divisional data is secure, backed up, and recoverable to the corporate policy standard. 确保分公司数据的安全性，按照总部的策略备份和恢复
• Manage user network accounts, messaging, and other business applications, and ensure that only authorized access to company data is permitted. 管理用户的网络，创建用户的账号
• Maintain and support all divisional application and data servers. 维护和支持分公司的所有数据和应用服务器
• Manage the video security and access control systems and related items. 管理视频语音系统
• Provide help-desk services to all divisional users on cloud systems, desktop and networking equipment, and related  peripheral equipment and software. 提供所有分公司用户的云系统、桌面、网络及其相关设备和软件的help-desk维护支持
• Be responsible for ensuring that all IT equipment is maintained as required under the guidance of Corporate IT Admins. 在总部IT管理员的指导下确保IT设备和硬件的正常维护
• Manage and track all software licenses, warranties, maintenance agreements, and vendor contracts. 管理和追踪所有软件的序列号、过期日期和供应商
• Manage the IT equipment and consumable inventory, and renew as necessary. 管理和更新所有IT设备
• Understanding of Cybersecurity foundations. 对网络安全基础有一定的理解
• Understanding of ITIL Foundations. 对信息技术基础构架库有一定的理解

Qualification Requirements任职资格

• least 2 years working experience in a manufacturing IT environment. 2年的制造行业的IT环境
• Familiar with enterprise messaging, communications and management environments good command of English written and oral communication. 企业的信息技术管理环境，较好的英语读写和交流能力

Experience with the following specific IT subjects：具备以下的IT技能优先考虑

• Cloud application and data storage environments云和数据备份
• Microsoft 365
• Networking hardware including Cisco switches, firewalls, routers, and wireless access points. 设备包括思科交换器、防火墙、路由器和无线设备
• Network software technologies, including Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Group Policies. 软件包括AD,DHCP,DNS,GPO
• Windows 7 and 10, Windows Server 2019 and network operating systems系统7和10，Windows Server2019，服务器操作系统
• CAD software installation and user support, preferably SolidWorks. 软件的安装和用户支持（CAD，SolidWorks）
• Video and access control security system management. 会议室接入系统
• Network and desktop anti-virus systems, preferably Symantec End Point Protection. 桌面的杀毒软件系统（Symantec）终端保护
• Understanding of Change Management best practices (ITIL). 对变更管理最佳实践有所了解
• User support incident and request management using a ticketing system. 紧急事件处理，管理用户每个维护报表
• very good understanding of Microsoft products included with M365. This would include Outlook, Word, Excel, and other apps. 对M365中包含的微软产品有很好的理解。这包括Outlook、Word、Excel和其他应用程序

岗位职责：
1.参与项目前期开发，并负责向客户提交PPAP文件；
2.参与FMEA的讨论，并制定CP和作业指导书；
3.同测试工程师一起分析产品的测量方法并同客户确认达成共识；
4.处理客户投诉，必要时向客户提交8D报告；  
5.对生产过程数据进行分析并采取相应措施；
6.参与内外部质量体系审核；
7.参与持续改进；
8.质量经理部署的其他工作；

岗位要求：
1.机械工程专业及其相关专业大专及以上学历.
2.三年及以上汽车行业工作经验，有冲压件工作经验优先。
3.了解品质的5大工具。
4.良好的英语书写，阅读能力，可借助翻译软件。
5.TS16949内审经验并持有TS16949内审员证书。
